Who we are

We believe a coloring book is a small act of hospitality: an invitation to slow down, pick up a pencil and make something that is entirely your own.

No. 01

Made to be colored

Our coloring pages are laid out so that markers and gel pens do not spoil the next picture. Lines are drawn for the pencil in your hand, not for the thumbnail on a screen.

No. 02

Built as series

Each title belongs to a series with a fixed trim size, a consistent line weight and a shared cover system. When you find a book you love, the next one will feel the same in your hands.

No. 03

Checked before it is printed

Every page is measured for line quality and open coloring space, and every file is validated against the printer’s specification before a book is released.

How a Blessford book is made

A published standard, applied to every page.

Editorial standards →
01

Plan

A title begins as a brief: who it is for, the house style it belongs to, and a shot list of every page.

02

Illustrate

Pages are created with digital illustration tools, including AI-assisted image generation, working to the series style guide under editorial direction.

03

Review

Each page passes measured line-quality gates and an editorial review. Anything unclear, cluttered or off-brief is redrawn.

04

Pre-press

Accepted art is converted to clean vector line, set at print resolution and assembled into the interior and full-wrap cover.

05

Release

Validated files go to print-on-demand. A copy is printed only when a reader orders one.
